I just subscribed to your channel😁😁😁
I had a Nav Uni knee replacement eighteen months ago. It was good from three to five months. Now I have the band sensation, stiffness, swelling and pain. I’ve had a nerve ablation, and I’m now on a Pain Service. Everything looks perfect on X-ray, but I’m one of the fifteen percent of people that have less than stellar results. It’s better than the debilitating bone on bone pain I had before, now it’s just an annoying fun-sucking pain.
That is not normal. Partial knee is a pretty good procedure. Need to look at Xray and see if something is wrong.
I had a partial knee replacement a week ago........doing great!!!
Does 30 - 40% supraspinatus tear require surgery? Can it regenerate itself if left without a surgery? Are there any patients of a young age who had it grow back on its own?
Absolutely beautiful center! Very caring staff and everyone is so professional. Dr. Jaime Hernandez did my total knee replacement surgery. He is the best! 😊
Question: Do QME doctors get any pay or compensation from Insurance companies? Are they really neutral? What tools are set by law to make sure they are 100% neutral?
Thank you . 👏
Beautiful! Bravo! ❤️

Partial thickness of supraspanitus tendon can be recovered through medication either through orthoscopy

Can a Biceps Tenodesis operation be reversed? I went into surgery thinking I was getting a Labral repair and the surgeon performed a BT! My arm does not look the same as it once did and I have lost strength as well. I'm not happy.
samjarea no, once it is removed from the original biological attachment point (labrum) it can’t be put back there.
Im so sorry and i am struggling with this now because I have surgery in early Feb and said no way do I want a popeye arm!!! I know it gives a golf ball sized lump and i called and said ai do NOT want this and they said instead of seeing the PA they want me to see the surgeon first but I know this isn’t going to solve anything i would still have a golf ball lump! The PA also said about me getting the labrum “fraying” shaved And that is what ai thought was going to happen only but now ai feel like canceling i just have pain all the time and night is worse- how are you doing now? 😓🙏
@@youtubeuploads7208 As long as you get a good surgeon you shouldn't end up with the Popeye deformity. The Popeye deformity will be apparent with a biceps tenotomy. I do not suffer from day to day pain but after a workout, it can be more painful than my other side. As for the strength issue if can I can perform 10 reps on my good side I will probably only get about 8 on my operated side. If the operation goes well, aesthetically, no one should notice the difference between either arm apart from you. Have you tried alternative therapies? In hindsight, I wish I had if they would have worked or not is another matter. Let me know how you get on.
@@samjarea i haven’t tried anything on my own other then ice clay pack which relieves pain- and Ibuprofen helps some- I am sorry yours wasn’t the outcome you wanted. This surgeon is to be one of the best - if you google him on you tube his name is Dr Andy Tyndall UOC - thank you for your reply
@@youtubeuploads7208 What does your scan show?
thank you so much
THIS IS NOT TRUE. I WAS IN THE HOSPTAL FOR TWO WEEKS AND WAS IN A SLING AND NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE IT. I'M NOW GOING INTO MY 7TH WEEK AND PAIN IS SO BAD I'M IN TEARS, DOCTORS MINIMIZE THIS SO YOU WILL GET THE SURGERY. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME NO PAIN. THAT LASTED ABOUT 2 WEEKS WHEN I HAD IT IN THE SLING. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WATCHED THESE VIDEOS BEFORE MY SURGERY AND THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SHIT.
How could any of these replacement surgeries be anything but very painful?
Thank you Doc for such nice video my age is 46 am going to do that surgery too my I am in bad condition now a days so am glad to watched ur video thank you🌸
I am assuming this is what makes knees crunchy?
Love the Video! Keep up the great work Michael!
how painful is it
very painful and even more painful after the surgery, depending where you have it: either in your shoulder or in your heel. a lot more painful in your Achilles.
why do he has to read it? It makes me doubt
Great video. Thank you
nice
Can you do that in insertional achillies point?
Excellent Dr. Hernandez. I am anxious to get this procedure done and confident you'll do a fine job. Your approach is so matter-of-fact that it relieves any doubt that patients typically have. Although this new and improved method for hip replacement is amazing, your humbleness is nearly as amazing. Pat yourself on the back, I know that I will when we are done.
He's such a cute doctor
Hi, and thank you so much for posting all these videos. I would be between a much larger rock and a considerably harder place without them. At 00:07:03 you say you will demonstrate the exercises patients will be asked to do post-op. You then go into using the ball that's attached to the sling as being one of those exercises, but in this video, you go from there to pointing out elements and benefits of the sling itself, rather than discussing any of the other post-op exercises. Since I am one of those who might be here for that specifically, perhaps you could put a link in the notes for where those immediate, post-op exercises can be found. I'll go through every video until I find them, though, so if they are in Chapter 6, I'll be in luck! Thanks again.
+Lauren McW - Found it. (Or at least a passing comment on these very important exercises.) Chapter 6 of this SCOI Patients Guide is also here on UA-cam. Go to 00:05:29 of that video and Dr. Snyder goes through a cursory demonstration of them. Hope that helps someone.
